This is me telling you the fact that all this time, the questions - what is blogs, what they need as they need to do - standing in front of me constantly. In one way or another all of these questions are given by the authors, from time to time there are discussions about it. And besides, there is another question - how to develop this area to make it not only interesting but also useful?.
